television advice

hey i got a problem, every time im watching a tv program it changes itself automatically to things like talking about sopa, and video games, i cant fix it but after a while it goes back, its ok with things like bbc or disney but when im watching other channels half way through it changes and back again sometimes even more, please help what do i do?

Are you sitting on your remote? Other than that, maybe a neighbour has the same TV and both of your remotes are affecting each others TVs?

Seems quite strange. Maybe worth calling your cable company about.
