Ok i have been doing starting strength for about 7 or so months now but haven't changed my diet.

Everyday i eat the following

Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: school snacks..(one or two bars eg: nutrigrain,or some other shit)
Arvo: Snacks, sandwhich,ect.
Arvo: chocolate,chips,ect.
Dinner: Normally a good meal, eg. roast, chicken, beef (dad is a butcher)
night:another sandwhich
night:more snacking.

this is mainly due to the fact that i go to school. On weekends i wake up at about 12 or 1pm so i miss breakfast and go straight to lunch.

also after working out i have whey protein mixed with creatine in water and another whey protein with banana in milk the next morning.

I am doing enough weights but help me improve my shitty diet.

add protein to pre-workout.
also I don't see mention of one single vegetable or fruit.
There should be a minimum of 5 decent servings per day of those.
and I don't mean a slice of tomato and a bit of lettuce as part of a sandwich.

Add more protein (e.g. chicken, milk, egg.)

More fruit, too (orange, banana, apple.)

try and have a source of protein every three hours. this will keep your body in an anabolic state, burning stored fat/glycogen, rather than catabolic, in which your body breaks down and uses your muscle for energy.

Wow, you're just eating way too little. Have eggs and bacon or a protein shake for breakfast. Eat a tuna sammich for lunch. You need to eat way more whole meats, fish and generally protein to get big.

Snack on nuts, drink whole milk.

Yeah, you need to eat more. Scrambled eggs on wholegrain toast and a bowl of porridge would be better for breakfast if you're trying to bulk up. Get some dried fruit to snack on instead of chocolate. Try to keep your meals balanced.
