I usually just use www.whitepages.com and www.publicdata.com. As for messing up his car, you could use a window-punch to carefully make a hole, then toss in a few cans of triple-expanding plumber's foam with the switch taped down. He'd come back out and find his whole cab filled to the brim with hardened foam...try explaining that to Geico.
