So I decided to put in an hour on my sculpt today, because I finally got some more clay! It's finally starting to take a bit of shape.

Still lots of work to be done, but maybe now you can get a better idea of what I am going for.

Sorry for the quality, forced to use a laptop webcam. I will use a high res camera to take finalized pictures that will give the full impact of all the details, and hours put in.

Critiques PLEASE! This is my first sculpt ever, so how's it lookin'? Does the "hood" look decent? Cloth is hard to imitate in clay it turns out. Thanks for looking.

Edit: I know all the multi-colors are a bit throwing, but it will look atleast 2x as good once I get it a solid color (black). Not sure if I will ever get it properly painted though.

It looks good, but work on smoothing out some of the areas.
And the ankh looks like it could use a bit of work too.
Other than that, all good

EDIT: If you're looking for some inspiration, you should look up the sculptures of Gerald Scarfe, they are sort of in the same kind of style.
