If someone is caught shoplifting, will it be more then just concealed weapon if caught? This is of course if not pulled out.

Depends the legality of the gun.

Is it stolen?
Do you have a permit for the specific gun?
Do you have a concealed weapons permit?
Is it loaded and such (I think this matters but not sure)?

It's loaded. No CCW. Own it legally. I need to start another business, since I can't be spending 24 hours a day online, getting brainfried, and making stupid threads in P.O.S.

If this is for shoplifting don't bring it. They MAY be able to pin you with armed robbery.

I can't think of a time when you would need a gun unless robbing some place for its register or a bank.

Bring bear mace if you are worried about LP roughing you up or some shit.

you can be charged with intent to use the weapon to threaten an employee when caught to robbing the place. However in some states you do not require a concealed weapon's license. You may have to check your individual state. It also depends if the cops were called.

Why would you carried a concealed weapon unless you intend to use it?

Just pull it out when they confront you and run to the bushes.
Start hopping fences and call a friend to pick you up once your safe.
Once your home have him go pick up your car.

And to answer your question, of course you'll get in more trouble.

I do intend to use it on LP. But the reason I asked, is if one-time happens to be lurking, even if I didn't see them when I checked, and they came before I got away. And yeah, the armed robbery charge was what I was, and am concerned about.

I'm pretty sure you'd be fucked cuz they would stick attempted armed robbery on you. I would say it, but you already put this in the Bad Ideas Forum.

It would probably be a stupid idea to post back, since my IP is logged, right?

I always suspected sawed off pump was a fed, trying to confess to his own crimes, to get other people to feel comfortable confessing. He would always e-mail an outlandish story, then right after "how did your thing go?' I never told him. Plus, the guy I got to post the map keeps asking me if I did it. Fed.

Theres feds on here???

Anyways for the love of god don't take a gun with you while shoplifting. If you really want something for combat bring mace. It's all risk/reward, you're risking years in the pen for what? Some shit worth a couple hundred? If you're really gonna strap up you might as well go all out and rob some place.

Remember that shoplifting is a minor offense (unless you get caught like 3 times), you don't wanna add to it.

Who the fuck brings a gun shoplifting? Thats trading a community service charge for some prison time; not smart.

I never had any weapon on my when I used to shoplift, not even a knife.

O.K. If I check, and make sure there's no bitches in blue anywhere in sight (to where they could get there, before I go from store, to car), then I proceed to take the risk. Huge diffrence between armed robbery, and this form of it, since this form is easier to get away with.

The reason I ask, is I can not exactly conceal a stolen Dell computer. They don't know I am stealing untill I walk out, so I have to stop them from following me. What store sells the most powerfull mace, and how much is it? I am thinking Best Buy for PC's. As for mace, they could have something similar, no?

If you can get an accomplice to be standing in the automatic doorway. Those things can be a bitch when they close just as you need them to open. Or, heaven forbid, the LP locks them before you get out.

Don't go threw the regular exits, use the emergency exit.

Wrong.

Emergency exits on large retail stores are on a timed release. A few seconds after pushing the lever the door will open. A lot can happen in a few seconds when you are seen standing next to the fire exit.
