She's probably apathetic to hygene / a slut (look it up, slut actually means filthy person- so the insult "filthy slut" would be redundant without colloquilism being it's saving grace), or even worse.. ..le French.

Not necessarily, there are lots of places in Europe other than France where women don't shave their armpits. Hell, women in America didn't start shaving their legs until early in the last century.
