Only one season left for Naslund. A shame, he was a damn fine player, can't wait to see how he does in his last season in the NHL.

What do you mean, "his last season"? The Rangers were eliminated by the Caps; he's done.

Did you read the article? Pretty sure it said he's playing next season.
EDIT: Nvm, I thought it said he was playing his last season, worth $3 mil, but it just said he had one season remaining on his contract. My bad.

Traitor? He was pretty much runned out of town by the fans and GM had no intension of signing him.
It was a bad move to name him as Captain but on the positive.
Naslund was one of the best forwards in the game at his peak, he never recovered from that concussion though.

Everyone forgets the pay cut he took to play for the Nucks. He was a great player and him B and Morrison was one of the most dominate lines of recent time. Yet he has a bad while after that and an entire city and organization turns on him. He wasn't wanted in Van after that and he left. He is still one of the greatest players to play for the Nucks in my eyes.
