Those look like they could be Pan. Subbalteatus. Is the spore print jet black? I can't really tell in your picture.

I'd advise checking around A LOT before munching them though, as we don't know where you picked them, what area you're in, or any of that.

OP - I wouldn't put your health and safety in the hands of some strangers online. ;)

Definitely don't eat those. They aren't bruising blue from the pictures which means they almost positively don't have any psilocin/psilocybin. Plus for the most part the common magic ones will make a dark purple spore print and the one in the picture looks black. What general area did they come from?

they weren't bruised in the picture because i just picked them.
I'm in central Kansas and my book says that magic mushrooms are common enough in north America to be considered a weed.
im not going to be eating them im selling them if they are

there are lots of things to consider when identifing the type of mushroom you just picked. Use a key. http://www.fungaljungal.org/key/key.html
There are other keys on the internet, feel free to search for another key if this one doesn't suit you.
Then read up about the mushroom.
If you have a microscope, take a tweezer and rip a bit out the gills, put it on a slide and add a drop of water to take a look at the spores, this will help you confirm your shroom even further.

Please do not sell or eat the thing unless you are sure.

You might kill someone or cause serious damage, some damages are irreversible.

Well since you're in kansas you an buy shroom spores legally. Just grow them yourself if you want to go through the trouble.
