the constant anguish that one boy can feel will astound you
stemmed from a childhood of anger and tempers unknown
hidden from emotion, turn to numb, tracks up and down
constantly running, hiding, from things that made him who he was
an alternate self was he forced to unwield at such a young age,
drugs, fighting, perpetual anger exploding from collapsed veins
no family, no friends, no past, no future, presence frozen
like a black leech, he latches on to whatever he can,
in a sea of uncaring fools, the only help called supply and demand
