I got arrested last Monday for possession with intent to distribute. It was 2 percocet. I'm 17, and since I had no prior arrests, the cops signed me up to do Youth Aid Panel (which is basically you get out of all of the charges and trouble, you just have to attend seminars and shit).
Anyway, I got called back down to the police station a few days later and they told me Youth Aid Panel rejected me because they ran my name through their system/files, and my name was dropped too many time and I'm suspected to be involved in other "activity", so I cannot partake. (The cop said 9.9/10 people get accepted to Youth Panel...).
Now I have to get a PO and go to juvenile court and get sentenced.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? If so, what was the sentence? This is my first arrest, and I'm planning on saying it was a sole, isolated incident, and I was never aware of my name being associated with any other crime.
