You can get gelcaps off ebay for next to nothing. But then again just parachuting it would work fine to.

You can also just empty an existing one from a nutritional supplement like melatonin or something.

That's not true for 2c-i. I didn't even get any real pain from it, but some of it's relatives are a different story like 2c-t-7. If you can snort Xanax, this won't be a problem.

I've always put the amount I needed into a shot glass with water and just gulped it down really fast. It does taste really bad though and ever ytime I would burp I could taste chemical in my mouth which wasn't great at all. The taste got so bad I finally just decided to put the powder into a little piece of toilet paper and swallow it.

Diluting it with water is a good way to measure it. As far as ingesting it, at the most its like 25-30 mg, its not as bas as chewing an asprin even. Just dissolve it in water and drink it. But if you are going to dissolve your 2c in water, drop it out on whatever median you plan on using at that time. I liquid measured some 2c-E once and fried WAY too hard cause I didn't figure leaving it out a day would evaporate much water.

Just make a little balloon out of a rolling paper if you don't want to bother with gel caps, it's what I used to do when I was at raves when I didn't feel like going to the bathroom to snort stuff.

I don't know what 2C-I tastes like but be sure to swallow it before the paper melts away (fucking MDMA taste makes me wanna puke).

2c-i was quite bad for my nose, but the effect was much better than when I took it orally, more intense visuals and overall better experience.

Try taking it in a gel cap or grapefruit juice. The latter of the two may produce a FAR more intense trip though
