Isn't it generally harder to make a woman cum? In my experience it is but I may be wrong. For that reason, and that woman generally form emotional attachments to their sexual partners, I think it's more common that women fake it to save egos and pride.

Well this is a new one for me. My opinion is that you're over thinking this. Most men don't fake orgasms. If they're not going to come they'll let you know.
