[Note: This guide is all hypothetical and should not be attempted under any means.]
All right, for this guide you are going to need:
1 or 2 Paypals [ Depending on how careful you want to be. Purple Sprite's guide on verifying Paypals is really handy for this. [ http://www.zoklet.net/bbs/showthread.php?t=29277 ]]
a target Paypal or Credit Card With full information.
A semi-good computer, fast enough to play Second Life, even if it's just for 5 to 10 minutes at a time.
at least 4 Second Life accounts, if you have accounts already, do not use them.
For extra security, use ShoopedLife, which has some anonymizing features.

First and foremost. Second Life, when charging their In-Game currency to your account, take a small percentile, so, when doing larger amounts, do about 10 to 15 dollars over to keep it even.
I'll already assume you have your paypals, Second Life accounts and proxies in-line, google if you don't understand anything.
On your first, dummy account [Username: Dummy Account1], we are going to charge the initial amount, in this case, $100 dollars, this is converted into $L or Lindens, and is the virtual currency of Second Life.
On Dummy Account2 we are going to create a small block, and from XstreetSL.com site, Which is now linked to your Second Life account.
We are going to sell that block for the exact amount of $L that Dummy Account #1 has.
Then, logging into Dummy Account1 on the site, we are going to buy that block from Dummy Account2, hence sending them the $100 in Linden Dollars, and recieving the worthless block.
After each transaction, remove the item you are selling and delete it from the account that bought it.
[Extra Step for the paranoid: Withdraw the money from XstreetSL into Paypal#2 and charge it to Dummy Account3]
Repeat for #3 and #4, selling a block and buying it down the chain, make sure to use your proxy on XstreetSL, everytime you access the accounts, also use it to make your SL accounts.
Now, on we are going to withdraw the money from Dummy Account4 into Paypal#1, preferably transfering it elsewhere.
DO NOT EVER ACCESS THOSE ACCOUNTS AGAIN, EITHER IN SECOND LIFE OR ONLINE, WITHOUT USING SOME SORT OF SECURITY.
It may seem a little complicated, so feel free to ask questions.
Also, Second Life has a 500 dollar limit per 24 hours on how much to buy/sell, if you plan on doing more than 500, use multiple accounts, I.E. Dummy Account1 and Extra Dummy2 send 500 dollars worth of $L to Dummy Account2 via both buying the same block on xstreetsl.
Then at the end Dummy Account4 and Extra Dummy2 both withdraw 500 to Paypal#1.
Although a little tedious, it'll be very difficult for anyone to trace where those funds went. And that's only if Second Life, The people of XstreetSL and Paypal all worked together.
[P.S. Second Life is also a good way to get money off of a Credit Card and onto a paypal, using the same method above, all you need is all the details of the CC.]
