During the 20th century some nations have waged war to expand their territorial boundaries, to gain overseas resources and markets, or control strategic areas. They believe that wars are necessary and justifiable in pursuit of their national interests. Other nations have gone to war is only justifiable in self-defence. Still other nations have remained neutral while those around them went to war. Such nations believe that war can be avoided and is never justified.

I'm not certain if I want to do it. I used to be a school teacher, and I get a kick out of making educational "products."

How about this: You work on it yourself or find someone else to write the essay. If I feel like writing something over the weekend, I'll post it. Use it in any way you like. I might decide to just get drunk, so I wouldn't advise relying on me.

Its a typical grade 11 (could be 10) history essay, the OP is an idiot for not just writing it, learning whatever is necessary to do so. There will be war again one of these days and knowing about the past big wars might provide useful.
