so i was reading the diamond smuggling thread and i thought thats all well and good but how do you clean your money or how do you use/enjoy it?
(now changing the subject to all bad ideas) now when your buying anything under 15 grand i d say you are more or less safe, and you can steal and live on the money comfortably but i dont know who here wants to keep stealing, i dont see stealing as a job i see it as an asy way to get seed money or pocket money, you can buy clothes a few mp3 players etc but if your making big bucks then i say save it, although i've never realy known what for.
if you accumulate a few hundred thousand and want to buy a house, where do you go? what do you do, i've always thought dubai after seeying a program where an undercover reporter goes to an estate agent and asks if he can pay in cash, and the estate agent says "yeah sure its fine people come in here all the time with two big suitcases full of cash".
now, cleaning money is not something i m interested in due to taxes, the most responsible thing i see to do with your cash is find a country where paying in cash is accepted, and buy a house there (ignore text in italic it isent realy anything todo with subject at hand) then mortgage that house and buy another, you now own two say 300 000 houses in another country but one of them still has a mortgage on it, you rent them both out and all the rent goes towards paying the house off, aside however much you think you need to live comfortably, for example me living at home with my parents i think 100 a week would be plenty infact probly a bit too much, 50 a week would do fine (and i dont realy want to be taxed if i can avoid it i cant remeber what the taxes are in england but i think the first band is 5000 a year which is 100 a week), now in a few years time when i m at university i'l have two houses generating 300 pounds a week each (rule of thumb is take 3 zeros off) now probly 300 will go to the mortgage, but thats the reason why i put as much money into the mortgage beforehand, infact if i wanted to i would leave one house paying off its mortgage and the one i owned put mony in the bank, i m 14 now so when i m 18 i will have 4 years of the mortgage saved up so that would pay the mortgaged house off for the next 4 years and 600 a week would be coming in to me
continuing on from before italics: and rent that house out and, depending on the country, figure out a way around taxes so they dont pwn you, as i live in the uk i would only have about a 100 coming in so i dident get taxed at all, you might be able to set up a joint ownership between a few people so the money was brought in under 3 different peoples names so it looked like they were all on 5 thousand a year and thus dident get taxed, so you actualy gt 15 000 without tax.
now drifting onto the subject of tax evasion:
if you have a legit job your legit money should be used to pay for your bills and rent, or mortgage, dirty money should be used for eating out and all the other luxuries, legit money can be saved and used for onest purposes so dont spend it where you can spend your dirty money.
your thoughts on buying property with dirty money, money laundering, tax evasion, and all other smart spending of dirty money.
Td Lr: smartest thing to do with money is buy property, i m not sure of the best countries to buy it in with dirty money.
tax is a bitch but easy to get round.
money laundering is hard so widdle away your dirty money, save your clean money.
as soon as you start making dirty money you should start thinking about how to clean it/use it to make clean money, and generaly build a better long term future for yourself.

There are few main issues I see with this.
1. You are 14.
2. In the countries that illegal cash is an openly viable way to purchase, you're probably going to get jacked for your property and won't be able to do shit about it.
3. Referring back to #2, if you do try and keep the property, you will make a scene and possibly alert authorities which could trickle back to you. This could possibly fuck you over in taxes and possible jail time.
Those are just the main issues I foresee you having. I'm sure it could be a lot worse and someone more experienced with internationally owning property and renting it would have better answers.
An uncle of mine got into some major shit in Africa because he rented a house and the owner claimed he damaged the property severely. Note that foreign whites are assumed to be rich as well as almost any foreigner, so the courts always fuck them over in favor of the country's civilians.

I'm speaking from a legal stand point, not just dissing you on your age. From your response, you did show your age and how you probably wouldn't be able to pull this off anyway.

You are probably correct in your assumption.

no actualy i did think of this, my exact thoughts went something like this: if you bought a flat in a dubia highrise then they could take your money and claim you never brought it, and because theres nothing on paper they could easyly deny it, plus what are you gonna say, "yeah this money came out of nowhere and i bought a house and they claim i dident" lol if you did infact prove them right then your money would be confiscated and they would get in some shit but you would get charged with all your crimes
You are probably correct in your assumption.
i would like to hope not.
Welcome to reality...[/QUOTE]
thanks i live in it and am reminded of this fact every day at school.
An easy way to make the dirty money seem like you earned all of it in a legit way would be something like this. Let's say you have a job and pull in 800 a week. Just use all of your dirty money for any of your spending needs and just deposit around $750 a week into your account.
I know it will take a long time if you have hundreds of thousands but at least you will have pay stubs stating that you earned every penny of it.
But I dont think it would be a good idea to be buying luxurious cars and stuff until you have a good bit of "clean" money deposited already.
After reading all of your post. Knowing that you are 14 years old makes me think that you are just enjoying the thought or "dreaming" if you will. This idea is almost over the top in that you could actually complete even half of it.
Sorry man no offence but it just seems unrealistic for a 14 year old to do this, at least anytime soon.

tdlr: you just repeated something i stated in my op except not as clearly

this is the last fucking time i put my age in my post, meh there are a lot of people like you the smart ones show their inteligence by judging the post rather than the person that wrote it, this has got me many good freinds and many good contacts in the past, shame none of them knew anything about this

dah too many things to say, i l just say the most important:
just to make sure you arent blowing me off:
now drifting onto the subject of tax evasion:

straight from the op go check now if you want.
i wont ever do this closest i l get are legal ivestments in other countries and evading tax via method stated above.
still doubt i l do that though not worth the risk to evade taxes with real money.... if you get busted with dirty money, tax evasion OH NOEZ, well you have to evade taxes when using dirty money, if they know you have money to tax they will ask questions.
this isent a long term thing anyway, you cant live your life doing crime i mean its a quick fix but nothing ever long term, as soon as you can you should try and get out, i m 14 thats why i do..... whatever i do.... as soon as i can get a real dignified job, i m out, unfortunatly its gonna be a while, i dont get fuckall excitement out of parachuting (its scary but not buzz scary its like fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck walk slower that cop is not looking at you dont make eye con..... fuck it, well done same your screwed, hes just considering what to do and you wont be out of sight in time) if i wanted thrill i d run round at night in camo(that kind of parachuting is a bit fun i have to admit but there is too much at risk too easyly caught in your strapping for it to be a good idea, better safe than sorry.
i do it because paper rounds arent my thing, and, put simply i think of myself as too good for them, call me full of myself but comeon..... its patronising working at mcD's for a.... person that doesent know oral sex transmits hiv, put someone in there who can tell you how its been cured (threadworthy? mesage me or reply in pm for explanation) and..... well you get the picture.
tdlr: crime is not a job you should always look for an exit.
ps: crime is not a job, being a good theif is a nice addition to getting good grades.... NOT a replacement.

IMO, your plan has too many holes in it to make money. It's really going to be difficult for you to find a way to purchase the properties in another country without a)visiting it or b)being legal age for someone to represent you. It's also going to be a bitch in finding someone who won't see and exploit the situation which would fuck over your investments. That's not even starting into how difficult if not impossible it would be to get a mortgage without signing anything.
I'm not saying it's impossible. It's just very improbably due to the age restrictions on damn near everything unless you happen to live in country where the laws are lax or openly ignored.

I am pals with a pretty big dealer (also has a legitimate job) and let me tell you if you think you need an elaborate plan to have 'dirty' money your wrong. . My buddy 'launders' his money by giving the drug money to his wife for her shopping sprees and spending it on his kids at carnivals and shit, the rest he gambles at atlantic city, then he just claims on his taxes to have made more money gambling then he really did.

clever very clever, but still what i said, dirty money is used as disposable income and clean money should be saved.
though still with the gambling thing thats very clever, what do you do if your underage and how do you declare gambling money?

Fine... Yeah, there's no way you're going to rent it out to a criminal 10x harder than your sorry ass for just having to grow up in that country.
As for the hole, it's the fucking mortgage and deed. You'll have to find someone to do it for you or being able actually steal someone's identity and be able to launder back into a bank account that you have access to.
