I've always had problems finding clothing I have to get everything tailored and tapered, I have shoulders of a 42 but the chest of a 36 (suit sizes europeans add 10).
Any ideas on brands or shops for people like me?

How old are you? I'm only 18, so my advice might not really help. I'm 6'1", 29" waist, 165 lb, and decently wide shoulders a slightly larger than average chest.
I've found that skate brands fit me really well. Stuff like Vans and Hurley fit me really well. Especially when they also have slim fit options (GAP also has these, but I don't really buy their stuff). Basically anything at the young men's floor of Macy's is pretty good for me. Any t-shirt made by Gilden or Champs, I usually have to get a M. Larges for brands like American Apperal and GAP and fitted stuff.

im in my twenties 6'2, 31" waist 165 lb
My problem is the stomach area and chest, it all seems to droop and hang, however I like stuff very fitted.
Like Hugo boss slim fit doesn't even work for me...
