So appearently North Korea did another nuke test and this one was bigger than the one back in 2006. I remember in 2006 there was some debate as to weither or not it was actually a successful nuke test(or even really a nuke test at all) but the Russian authorieties supposedly estimated this one at around 20 kilotons which is similar to the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombs.

I think foreign aid in general is bullshit, and especially the relationships we have with israel and UK which involves waaaay too much cocksucking for me to be comfortable.

True enough, I forgot to consider this. I'd say there are still no where near making a small and portable nuke(remember they are at 1940s technology still and those nukes were big) but them selling a nuclear weapon or even material of any kind could cause all kinds of nastiness if used with terrorist tactics.

i don't get what your all worried about. most countries north Korea could target have missile defence systems that could easily blow their 50 year old tech clean out of the sky. not to mention enough of their own missiles to return the volley 100 time over. so if north Korea launches anything at anyone they're going to get wiped off the face of the earth.

They don't have a reliable delivery system(intercontinental ballistic missile technology still lagging behind) although they could try to hide a bomb in a fishing vessel and detonate it in a port on coastal US, it could go undetected since not that many boats are actually searched before coming to port.
