I'm only on day 3 but this is some weird shit, last night was fucking terrible i basically got chased around town for 3 hours by people who weren't even there
Today i'm feeling a little better had about 5 hours sleep this morning, went to the doctors he's gave me some diazepam to help me sleep and get through the day, also got to the liver test to see how fucked my liver is after 3/4 years of taking in 20+ units mostly five days of the week..
Just how fucked is my liver gonna be?
just had to get that really
fuck.
Just 5 minutes ago i was out the back having a smoke and just mishearing some shit outside is getting me fucking jittery...?/

What other withdrawal symptoms are you having? If you're having DTs you should go to detox, seizures can kill.

I remember when I gave up drinking after drinking for a week I thought my room was haunted with ghosts that would not let me go to sleep.

Calm down! There is no one out to get you, no voices, no nothing. Just put on some headphones, play some relaxing music, and drink some tea. Then go to sleep. Leave the music on if you're hearning things. Eventually you'll drift off. As for days, I guess you just have to deal with it until withdrawl ends. On second thought, maybe not, I'll think about it.

This is why I'm glad I never got addicted to anything.
Well, there was that one time with caffeine when I had that roommate that gave me all that free Pepsi and I started getting headaches when she moved out and the cola stopped coming, but at that time I didn't even know the headaches were from withdrawal.

Headphones are hell when you're feeling paranoid. You'll constantly be lifting them off to hear if "it" is in the music or an outside sound. Can drive you whacko.
Just take the diazepam (in the quantities prescribed), things should get better. If they don't, go back to the doc. A better alternative for sleeping is zolpidem (ambien), less risk of addiction.
Best of luck.
