what is your opinion of them? i think sometimes they suck, and sound like cradle of filth (a crappy version). but the songs off of enthroned darkness triumphant, and songs like puritania are great. or are they completely worthless because varg vikernes doesn't like them? :(

I think they're an okay band but they're not brilliant. The only album I've really heard is Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia. I have a favourite vesion of the song Spellbound too - the one from Stormblast Re-recorded (Ozzfest 2004 I think).

Plus I'd totally do Shagrath (without the make-up).

i dont know if i heard that one. i do like spellbound though. some of the songs from enthroned darkness sound kind of gay but most of them are good. and i dont have anything against COF either, i just think they suck nowdays. i think they used to kick ass too, but nobody likes them it seems like.

I usually stick with the first wave Black Metal.
