The Onion (http://www.theonion.com/content/index) - Satirical news that spoofs news, life.
Cracked.com (http://www.cracked.com/) - a humor website, with David Wong of pointlesswasteoftime.com (http://www.pointlesswasteoftime.com/) and others.
The Huge Entity (http://www.huge-entity.com/) - Articles on existence, reality, drugs, paranormal phenomena, and more.
Metaverse (http://www.zompist.com/) - a relatively exhaustive list of links, divided into a variety of great categories (games, science, comics, etc.)
Totse.com (http://www.totse.com/community/) - Safe haven for visionaries and paranoids

I like the news, I like looking at the new shirts at jinx, thinkgeek has some awesome devices (I usually don't buy from there, but use it as a gallery and buy from a cheaper site), I like to waste time at work, and wikipedia teaches me something new every day.
