Are there any good poetry collections out there with a nice 'Fuck Everything, physics says we're doomed' bent? I am not much for beauty, but I am interested in seeing what novelty can come of those who found something interesting to write about our thermodynamically doomed universe.

I'll warn you, I ain't no stoner or anarchist, so if you try to drop the house of falling leaves or some shit, I will follow the interweb-tubes to your house and fuck you up.

From your post, I don't know of any scientist-poets that you might enjoy. Most of the ones I've seen use poetry to express the beauty they see within things.

Maybe Toothlessjoe, or someone with a darker interest in poetry, can point one out.

They fuck you up, your mum and dad.
They may not mean to, but they do.
They fill you with the faults they had
And add some extra, just for you.

But they were fucked up in their turn
By fools in old-style hats and coats,
Who half the time were soppy-stern
And half at one another's throats.

Man hands on misery to man.
It deepens like a coastal shelf.
Get out as early as you can,
And don't have any kids yourself.

- Phillip Larkin

Not physics that's dooming you but nature and nuture and life generally. Close enough?

Check out some Charles Bukowski if you want some kind of darkish poetry with deep meanings.
