I am an educated person, I suppose; I can certainly spell "waste" without too much difficulty. And, in your view, I'm "wasting" it: I dropped out of college, I started socializing and smoking weed a lot, and I'm pursuing my dream of becoming a musician. So is this a terrible waste? NO, bitch. Why? Because I'm following my dream. Each to his own, my friend. If I owned your company it would have sucked my soul from me long ago, and I would have become depressed and dsiillusioned with all the paperwork/phone calls/other things that I see as soul-sucking.

But do I tell you that you're "waisting" your soul, your creative side, all your musical or artistic talent? No I fucking don't. Why? Because, I'll say it again on the off-chance you'll hear it: each to his own.

I hope I am successful, but I don't see that word in the same light that you do: to me, successful is more than money; it's more than running your own business and having a nice car, keeping on rolling the dice and moving round the monopoly board until you're "accepted" by all the women you meet in the bar. To me success is true happiness, contentment of the soul and fulfillment of your deepest desires. Because that's all that matters after you're dead. If that means I have to be less rich than you during my life, then so be it, I don't interpret that as you being more successful than me.
