local artist... erue... unfortunately was caught working on a piece 4 months ago... looking at up to 3 years... apparently evidence technicans have been building a vandalism case on him for several years... :(
his style/technique fascinates me.

just another "extract" type graffiti writer. Good can control, sloppy letter structure, if any at all, and pretty colors.
I hate sloppy fucks like this. Illegible stuff like this requires the observer to over think the artists' motives when creating the piece. Writers need to put some thoughts and structure into their letters, sketching a random line until it looks similar to the letter you are trying to make it into isn't creativity. It's the minor details and tweaks of the letter that are truly appreciative; it needs to make sense and flow with it's surroundings.

those look better. he should of worked off that first one to perfect the letters. You can see how disproportionate they are, ie the end of the E and all that other stuff. Though maybe he meant to do that.
And his handstyle on those isn't the best either, though it isn't surprising or vital since he probaqbly started off piecing not bombing.

I can honestly say that this one is maybe the favorite. HE/she did a good job emphasizing the significant parts of the letters, making the name stand out. A good color combo, it's proportional, and the lines aren't all out of wack where they don't have to be.
