Whydoes my dog only want to lick my mouth?

If I'm gone for a while or just haven't given her attention she will always jump on me and lick my mouth. I turn my face one way, but instead of licking the side of my face, she just stops and waits for me to turn back so she can lick my mouth. Its annoying because her breath smells like popcorn and I hate popcorn.
