It is a Wal-Mart plastic bag, gently used with several small tears in bottom. Bag could be used as a small trash can liner.
The bag is similar to picture:

He explained exactly what the buyer is getting. There is no proof your marble would contain a spirit, but it can be proven that someone got a bag.
There is no proof that the bag is cursed either.
