Pineapple Express gets better and better the more you watch it

haha, yeah. I laughed about the Rancor too. anyway, good movie. I wouldn't say it was as outrageously funny as Superbad was the first time around, but it's right on par as far as quality. great film. especially for a "weed" film.

on a side note, my girlfriend absolutely loves Pinapple Express; but there is this idiot she works with who tells her she wouldn't understand it, because she's never been high. which is a really stupid thing to say. as if there are cryptically hidden messages and undertones to the film that are only perceivable to your concious if you have infact, been high atleast once in your life.

I've seen the movie at least 5+ times and and least half the time I've been high. You will find something new and will have "Holy Shit!! I never noticed that!" moments.

This is why Pineapple Express has become one of my favorite movies.

Aint seen it yet but I think Seth Rogen is overrated.
He isn't bad but he's overrated imo. His movies are too drawn out for a start and don't end when they should.

I can't think of ANY movie that is worth watching more than once (with the exception of frequent distractions). What's the point? Does Neo end up siding with the Machines? Do the people in 'Requiem for a Dream' end up having a happy ending? Does Mufasa end up living, and whooping Scars ass? No, they're the same god damn movie (or tv episode, game, or book). Nothing changes, quit wasting your brain on old information.

It's not necessarily to take in information. Movies can give you particular moods or emotions that are worth experiencing again.

I enjoyed Pineapple Express and it far surpassed all my expectations of it being a run-of-the-mill stoner flick.
I've seen it about 5 times now and it still makes me lol which is rare for a film.
