As a tool for conecentration and focus, I imagine in my mind a film reel. It's turning, and I view it horizontally. As it's spinning, I notice the picture, and its actually glowing brightly. This means I need to realize my conciousness and become aware of where i am, what i am, who i am, ect. ect. the reel turns, and a small metal piece seperating the frames tells me to relax my mind and become unaware, if possible. then the fram comes into view again, and I concentrate again.

The more you wish to concentrate, the faster you imagine the reel spinning.

I find this useful when feeling tired, and you're working late into the night, or if you are doing a difficult task (sports, for example) and you want to do better than normal.

The best thing, though, is when you have to take a massive poo. Nothing works better for getting rid of a vicious bowel movement than supreme focus.
