Not sure what this is going to be like, exactly. Her Majesty, The Decemberists, Castaways and Cutouts, and Picaresque all had a very similar, very awesome style. However, with The Crane Wife, they went for a more prog-heavy approach and created something of a concept album.

I'm excited to see where this goes, but I'm not sure what to expect.

Oh, I never even bothered to look for another thread on it..

Anyways, it seems to sound similar to The Crane Wife and has more female vocals.

I like it and it's certainly worth a listen.

It's a reaaally good concept album, not their best in my opinion though. Also a bit confusing to get the story figured out.

By far my favorite of their so far, and I absolutely love most of their stuff too. I like how heavy it is.
