I'm looking to un-blur a photo , possible or no?

sharpness filters in photoshop generally blow. It might depend on the type of blur though. If it's a guassian type, you could be fucked if it's really bad. If it is a motion blue type, use the motion blur filter in reverse? Mess with the angle and degree of it. If it was blurry then scanned onto a computer, you could run some passes just for that. Mostly though, it's fucked.

Hmm, wouldn't that just extend the blur in the other direction?

You could try using the clone stamp brush from other [non-blurred] areas. This wouldn't really be un-blurring it, just recreating the image I guess.

It can't be done. Blurring is a destructive process and the pixel information is lost. If a photo is a bit out of focus you can tweak it with an Unsharp Mask in PS, but if its been digitally blurred you won't be able to fix it.
