We do in the US.

Except for Arizona in the US, where they don't.

Except for the Navajo Nation in Arizona, where they do.

Except for the Sacred Ground in the Navajo Nation, there they don't.

In Canada, I don't think Saskatchewan uses DST.

We don't have it in Singapore either. Fortunately we're always at least 12 hours ahead of EST, so that when daylight saving time happens, I just add on another hour to make it 13.

There is always the other way when we gain an extra invisible hour. I'm pretty sure Benjamin Franklin invented the daylight savings time. Something to do with trains... I also recently discovered that Halloween is a primarily North American holiday which sucks because it's dope.
