[Now that I got your attention]

The evidence is overwhelming. I cannot possibly explain it all. But I challenge you to watch this series and see for yourself. Ancient computers, thousands of years before a computer was ever dreamed of. 100 ton precision cut granite stone cut into massive walls, by a culture that had no written language. That would mean that they would have had to use diamond to cut the rock.

All religions state that someone or something descended from the heavens, and promises to return. Cultures thousands of miles away and hundreds if not thousands of years apart, partaking in building massive strategically placed pyramids. Theres so much evidence its almost refutable. Link is based of the best selling book Chariot of the God's. If your interested in any of this or a skeptic, I urge you to watch this.

By the way, Neale Donald Walsch suggests as much in one of the CWG books.

I've made this statement many times over the years. Explains the coming back from the dead, walking on water, healing, and turning water to wine shit. I've seen those cut stones before. It's so bewildering.

I had a dream once where a man told me that there were many Jesus types during that time.

I had read previously that during that time, probably not all at once, but who knows, many people came who were "Jesus like". They were well recieved by everyone, unlike the myth that he was excuted and feared by the authorities.

The authorites probably did fear the Jesus's, but it wasn't the human authorities. A "holographic" insert was used to show Jesus getting murdered, or of some great calamity involving the Jesus's which results in the story we have today.

I don't know what to believe really. But I DO know one thing: Christianity is a corrupted form of something beautiful.

I have also wondered this in many ways makes sense, yet you tru telling a Christian that and they will laugh.... My point being that A no one admits to aliens existence B this is a 2 thousand year old religion deep rooted and this kind of stuff just isnt what they want you to believe so its wrong....

Also does anyone know of any more obscure religons that are ancient and have these descents from the sky etc. involved?

IMO existence of ET's makes a lot more sense than angels and demons.

cool vid.

although i love the concept of aliens and space travel, i reckon much of the feats achieved by humans in antiquity can be more logically explained.

Christ is actually a word used to refer to a messiah like person, there were a lot of "christs" around the time of jesus, as it is noted in historical documents, hower what is not noted is the existance of a single man named Jesus Christ, christians will tell you that a jewish scribe named jophesus (sp) noted down a lot of Jesus's life, this is incorrect, it has been proven that jophesus' accounts are a forgery and the only other documentation by roman soldiers is extremely dubious and most likely fake. Think about it, Jesus caused a riot at passover in the temple, thats pretty fucking significant, he'd be all over the news, at least one of the 40+ known scribes at the time would have written something down. Yet after 2000 years the only proof we have of a man named jesus actually existing is in a book that has been altered thousands of times and translated hundreds over the course of millenia. For example, the oldest bible in the world, the Codex sinaiticus (sp), a relic from the 4th century, doesnt even have the ressurection of christ in it! So arguably his biggest miracle isn't even included! When did they decide to remember that? Jesus is a myth, and the history channel is now an embarrassment, I only watch it for war documentarys now.

Anyways, I don't understand why people treat our ancestors like they were apes and that they were stupid. The inventions and accomplishments of ancient humans pale in comparison with that of the modern human but if you were to take an egyptian baby from 4000 BC and raise it in 2009 AD apart from perhaps being lactose intolerant, there would be no significant difference between the ancient person and a person of modern birth. Think about it, you want to make a massive landmark that will be around long after you die so people remember you, when you look at the logistics of it, a triangle shaped object is perfect, it's easy to build, very strong, and doesnt require exotic and special materials. The tools found dating back to the time of pyramids at quarrys are exactly the same as people used in the early 20th century until power tools became more common.

Sure the pyramids are great, don't get me wrong but in 6000 years will man be looking back in time and pondering whether an alien worm burrowed through the english channel to make the chunnel or whether aliens build the eiffel tower as a radio tower?

You cannot fill the void of not knowing something by religious and paranormal explanation or with pseudo science, it's just absurd.

That's very insightful.

Christ is actually a word used to refer to a messiah like person.

I believe, more specifically, it is a form of consciousness ascension.

why not both, if you're an alien does it mean you cant believe in angels or demons?

My father swears by all these 'ancient astronaut' theories. I mean, he's a religious man, but he sees things like Jesus and his miracles, Elijah and his flight to heaven in a fiery chariot and other things as having an extraterrestrial origin. I think that it's then a bit silly for him to be as religious as he is when, by his own logic, he should be able to conclude that Jesus was nothing more than an extraterrestrial. I don't relly try to think to much of it, because the thought of human civilization being grounded in extraterrestrial origin makes me somewhat depressed. I can definitely see the logic behind my father's beliefs, though. I mean, you can call it pure mythology, but when you look at stories like Elijah's you can pretty easily figure how a bunch of bronze-age people could take an abduction to be a flight to heaven.

Now, when you start looking at the mythology of some tribal groups like the Chewong of Southeast Asia, you start thinking to yourself "Holy fuck" and realize that some of this mythology is really fascinating and incredible. They, the Chewong for example, believe that their creator is a superhuman being called Tohan who came down to this world to create them with his own breath. These original humans at first lived alongside Tohan's race of superhuman beings, believed to have always existed and thus immortal, who taught them how to live life, giving them moral instruction and and teaching them to live in the jungle. In addition to this belief, the Chewong believe in a multilayered universe populated by different worlds that cohabit on different planes of existence. Their shamans are those said to be able to see beyond the human plane of existence, which they call "Earth seven" (remember, they believe in different worlds). They also believe that human beings make the world impure, so every so often Tohan comes back to cleanse the world and restart creation.

Oh, I forgot to mention that when Tohan comes back a knockin' he turns people into butterflies and they fly into a higher realm of existence, Earth six...

It's fucking incredible that a bunch of jungle dwellers in Malaysia have such a rich and complex mythology, and real creepy as well. I mean, it's really easy to draw paranormal conclusions from such beliefs, just sayin'...

[Now that I got your attention]The evidence is overwhelming.
The evidence is not overwhelming. Von Daniken clearly says that he makes a distinction between fact and speculation. None of these things can be conclusively proved to be due to aliens, it's a theory.

[Now that I got your attention]100 ton precision cut granite stone cut into massive walls, by a culture that had no written language. That would mean that they would have had to use diamond to cut the rock.

I saw a programme where this could be explained. The theory was they used soft copper tools and sand. The sand dug into the copper, and cut by abrasion, slowly scraping away the granite. Makes sense since granite is about 6 on the Mohs scale and sand is 7 (with diamond being 10) Once again, only a theory, but it seems plausible. Besides, slavery gets shit done.

[Now that I got your attention]All religions state that someone or something descended from the heavens, and promises to return.

It would make sense to look to the unknown, the sky, for some higher power. Besides, although many religions depict these beings coming from the sky, they are also generally to explain something they don't understand. God of fire, god of the sea etc. But without irrefuteable physical evidence, this theory of anchient aliens is just that, a theory.

It's interesting to see how some let other things affect their beliefs of what they consider religion and culture.

But when you stop looking at that picture, the connections are really all that matter.
