Can anyone give me some advice on going about making a free basic website??

i am trying to bassicly build my dad a free homepage or two for his company.
i downloaded some free templates but they require photoshop :/

any help would be greatly appreciated!

B) Some copied website template.
C) Minor edits.
D) Upload and enjoy.

Use wordpress or a similar CMS if you don't know a lot of coding. Use a good theme and you can make it look like a regular website and not a blog.

www.t35.com is a free webhosting site that lets you use PHP. Do you know HTML? If not just learn it its simple shit. If you dont wanna learn any HTML or CSS just use dreamweaver.
