And if you push up the sleeves and unzip the zip hoodie, you don't overheat in normal conditions.

Pullovers give you a fabric facepalm when you take them off and unless you're outside in the cold all the time, they're too damn hot for room temperature.

Got that same hoodie in the powder blue, also agree with Lchitman about very simple hoodies. In Australia, hoodies are red hot and attract police attention, however basic hoodies that are worn well (complementing shirt/pants and especially shoes) can look really clean and attracting none of the criminal stigma.
