let's say I was interested in buying something from a seller on a forum and they wanted me to send a check for that amount and then they would send the item, (they don't have paypal). what's the best way to scam them so I could get the item but not have to pay anything?? any and all ideas are welcome!

well not sure how u can pull this off online but if you were in a store, possibly a busy one and you buy a big item and ask to pay with a check ( make sure you are covered not totally but you get the idea) and you fill the check out and get your item and get out of there. The check will bounce or maybe the owner will never know?? W.e it is you still get you shit!
i know somebody who did this at Best Buy on a black Friday and got himself merchandise worth to 3800$. He did have a fake id too though so that might help. Even though he said some cashiers never ask lol!!
Good luck even though i know you would never do such a thing ;)!!!!!!

so If I was to write a bounced check on my account, could I get into any trouble? the item I want is specifically from this seller, and I can't get it in stores. also how long does it take for a check to clear? maybe I could send the check and once they get it convince them to send the item before they are informed that the check has bounced, again could I get into any trouble by doing this? any other ideas/tips that could possibly work? hypothetically of course..because yes you right I would never do such a thing!:D

much easier to scam.
If your dealer has half a brain he would check the cash before sending the goods.

Rofl.. scamming with paypal is not as simple as "disputing the payment"

that's what i thought as well..
well does anyone know if I could get in trouble for writing a bounced check and even if I don't have enough funds in my bank account, could the seller still somehow cash that and make my account have a negative balance in which I would have to pay off later? I think that's the only way that I'll be able to scam the seller but I have to somehow convince them to send it when they get the check..hmm unless any other brilliant minds here have better ideas.

Not too sure about your account being in debt, but it will take a lot of convincing to get the seller to send the item first, good luck.
