What kind of documents are required as far as proof that your apartment/leaser allows pets? I tried dropping by the main office but since it's saturday, I dont think they're open. I got permission from my leaser, but it's a weird situation. I'm subleasing from someone who bought the condominium I'm currently residing in. Would a simple signed "this tenant can have pets" from the person I'm leasing from suffice? or does it have to be all official and stuff?
