I want to find a real old episode, not long after it started.
It was a call to a apartment building or boarding house.
The narc was a old guy who narced on another old guy about 'Knowing how to use Cocaine'.
He said the other guy showed him "how they get it & cut it up on a mirror with a razor blade"etc.
The Cops go into the old guys room & search his shit & find a mirror & a scapel.
The old guy explains "how he did show the narc how they did it (Cocaine & cutting it up), but it was only a explination, not using actual cocaine"
The Cops ask "what he used the mirror & scapel for?"
& the old guy explains how he uses the scapel, after putting on a paste, on a veruca (wart?) on the bottom of his foot.
He cuts it out using the scapel.
The Cops ask him "about the mirror".
The mirror is "so he can see the veruca as he can't bend around that much to see it."
So the Cops, thinking it possibly a real proper explination,
say "they are gonna do a chemical test on the scapel, if it comes up blue (or whatever colour it is) then its a positive & they will arrest him for 'Drug Paraphernalia' ".
So they do the test in front of the guy, it comes up blue, they arrest him, end of item.
I think the scapel probably had 'Lidocaine or Zylocaine' on it, from the paste (used to num the foot area) & the guy ended up going to prison, for nothing but 'knowing too much & being too helpfull'.
