I drank much beer during this viewing of the finale. I may re-watch tomorrow and post a more sober and thoughtful post, but I think this pretty much sums it up...

I think Claire was talking about Aaron - she doesn't want Aaron to go back to the island. Unfortunately, I think he was included when Ben said "we've all got to go back together" - surely some good conflict for the next season.

As for Locke... I don't have a very good idea of how he got off the island and found himself inside a funeral home - that's kinda weird. And of course, they won't answer that until much later in the next season...

I think what drives me crazy is that I know that somewhere along the way in the next 2 seasons, the flash-forwards and the main story line will meet up. At some point, we will be watching an episode and thinking "we already saw this...in a flash-forward...and now we know what was really going on."

So I finally got around to watching the season finale...

(I know, I know... but I was really crazy busy when it aired and then I was out of the country for a few weeks...)

I kept thinking that when they were talking about Jeremy Bentham they were talking about Ben ("Ben"tham) but I knew that was too obvious.

I did not see it coming that Locke was going to be in there. Anyways, I thought that was a pretty good finale--although not quite the cliff-hanger that the other finales have had.

I dunno...I'm still a little confused about how Locke got off the island without being one of the "Oceanic 6," and why no one else came back with him, by whatever means he did that...

I agree, it's not exactly like staring down into the deep recesses of the hatch, but I do feel like they've raised some pretty serious concerns that need answering in the next seasons...
