He's challenging the ticket kuz he feels the cop pulled him over for no real apparent reason. Out of like group of cars, he was singled out, he wassnt even the fastest moving out of the cars. he only stopped kuz his girlfriend thought it was an ambulance, and then he got a speeding ticket. Basically he will write a letter to a judge, and if the cop doesn't write one, he'll win the case. However, if the cop does write a letter, he wants some reason's why the cop might be unjust. Maybe racial profiling, but he's asian, can anyone else give good bs reasons?

Why would writing to the judge help?

Why would writing to the judge help?

Cause it won't.

He ran a red light, there's not chance in hell that he will win it except if the cop decides to be nice and not show up that day to testify against him/doesn't write a letter. Which I doubt since most states have a "quota" of sorts for their officers to write so many tickets a month.

In California you can challenge a case thru a letter, instead of going to court. so he needs somme good reasons as to why he does not deserve the ticket..

None, tell him not to fucking run a red light.
Simple as that.

Is it too hard to stop for about 26 seconds for the light to change?
Is it too hard to wait for children to cross the street so they can go buy some candy with their allowance for working around the house?

Just fucking die.

Im pissed off today.
