So, if someone doesn't physically force the victim to have sex but psychologically forces them to, more specifically, threatening to ruin them socially and make them an outcast, and in fact following through with it and doing just that then reminding them it will happen again if they refuse sex again, is that rape?

Technically... yes.
I mean, it's like blackmail basically, which is illegal in itself.
I guess it'd be harder to prove though.

One would either have to have a ton of life ruining secrets, or be incredibly weak minded to let someone force them into sex if they didn't want it.

Nice job of making asinine assumptions without knowing any of the facts. And what if they are weak minded but not mentally deficient? Is it rape? Thats what i wanna know here.

Same goes to you. From what Ive found out, not a lot, it is rape by way of black mail, since black mail is coercion and coercion constitutes rape.
