With winter coming, you may find your time spent outdoors decreasing, so reading is a fun and healthy way to spend your time!

Of course.

I'm reading Crime and Punishment at the moment. But I read before I go to bed, so I get tired and read like 15 pages a night.....Raskolnikoff

Doesn't the character of Sonia absolutely turn you on? So innocent...:p

I..um..I guess, yeah maybe!

But as I'm taking ages to read this I forget who many characters are and their role, although I do know Sonia.

Fix't..... Right? I'm going to have to read that. I got book happy though for the winter, bought Selected Poems - Lord Byron, Selected Works of Oscar Wilde, and Selected Poems by Blake, as well as various books I've borrowed from friends. So, yea, I guess this is a good reminder that I need to get around to this stuff >:O!

jesus, dude. My friends wanted to shoot me with a tranquilizer dart, because of all my impulse purchases in the bookstore. That required reading thread really fucked me up, like a bulk of my allowance has been allocated towards books.

I'm planning on hittin up my nigguhz; Nietzshce, Plato, James Joyce and some other goons throughout now till the end of the year. Wow..

Ulysses is a bastard to read. It's no fun so I stopped.

Yea, it's horrible man. Same thing happened to me. Plus, to make matters worse, if any of you guys go to Barnes & Noble, or Borders, (which we conveniently have both of) they have those "classics". They're like $5-$10 tops. So of course, I have to get at least one every single time. It's no good, it's a disease Andre. Would you be my sponsor, to help keep me away from this monster?

Oh well, I guess I would despair as you guys, but books here are even more expensive (compared to earnings) then in the US or the UK, so I'm just downloading Polish and English ebooks all the time. Sure, it ain't the same, but that's the only source of reading I have right now. At least it reads well on my Nokia, so it ain't a big problem.

And I've already filled up my phone with over a hundred ebooks, everything from Drizzt novels, to W40k fiction novels, Bukowski, to Plato, Veblen, Thoreau, to many polish authors like Piekara, Lem, Pilipiuk and some more. Hell, I've read somewhere over 40 books since november last year (that's when I got that phone) and I ain't stoppin'.

Wow....
I'm actually going to go and read something.
Maybe finish Confessions of a Wallflower and move onto something not published by MTV.
I mean seriously, I thought the book was alright until I see it was published BY FUCKING MTV WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT SHIT ARRRGH RAAGE

Thankyou, OP.

Yeah, sadly. I mean the price of books is disproportionate to the income. That's the reason why I came back with about 15 books from Glasgow last year, I happened to bump into a Salvation Army with loads of books for 50p a piece and I couldn't stop myself from buying more and more books.

This was cool until I realised that Summer is approaching for me.

That beign said - With a whole year until summer arrives for you northern people, that means the time is ripe to begin weight training! The best hobby, as it is good for indoors and outdoors ocne summer comes.

I love those.

I'd miss so much without the endnotes.

Oh, are you talking about the orange covered ones?

I'm talking about the ones with the black covers and an artwork on the front.
