Of course. Has two major cons though: Cyclones/bad seas and Pirates. But on the plus side you can go wherever the fuck you want, including the freedom of international waters, and you can drop a line in anytime you wish. Fish are bound to hang around beneath it, that's what fish do. I'd build a fish sanctuary beneath it which would also keep the centre of gravity well beneath me, though it'd make for wet clothes in rough weather.
