Some jackass cut me off way too close. I was on a motorcycle and swerved to avoid him and nearly wiped out and I want to figure out who the fuck this guy is and make his life hell.

I figured since law was here it was the right place to post.

In the forum description it mentions law. I assumed a legal site would be the source for public records. I have looked on google but everything I found was charging for fucking public records
