This will happen.
EDIT: Guys this is not accurate. The Internet is expanding each day. 1000+ pages are added in minutes, you can't possibly add them. So, inb4 more this is not right etc.

Warning opening the spoiler tags will stretch the page.

For some reason those figures kinda seem low to me.

I'm guessing they took all known websites, took the average amount of text on each page then worked from there?

Stop using paper and switch to digital storage. Mostly aimed at Governments who are still using papers for minor things. (Example: Pakistan)

Do they mean screenshots of every page? The amount of data is more then that, think of all the movies and music and games

09-17-2009, 03:00 AM
Yeah...I found it underwhelming too.

But then again, they probably on mean text, and that text would probably be spaced together as well.

And....they probably didn't take "Deep Web" into account.

What about porn? Theres got to be more than 57,000 years worth of porn alone on the internet.

Or is this just text?

Someone should devote their life to this so future generations can read about our ignorance. Instead of textbooks let them read the internet. Cover to cover and do analyses of us and our ways.

Somewhat of a modern day bible. Old testament is just everything. New testament is abridged
