Of course you can download it but I much rather own a legit copy.

Just wondering where you guys buy Anime DVDs, I'm weary of buying anything online because I'm sure a lot of it is bootleg.

Well, in my country there's no anime DVD seller so internet and TV are the only choice for anime source, and internet always provides more

Still, if you insist to buy one
Try googling buy/sell anime dvd <insert your country/region here>

That gets pretty expensive when you're buying series' since they put like 3 or 4 episodes on a single disc and sell them for 30 bucks a piece.

You can find them at Suncoast and various online retailers.

Obvious troll.

Uh, fail.

Many anime collectors collect the 'legit' copies of Anime they like.

As others pointed out, FYE sells them. they have sections dedicated to Anime, and a separate Hentai section.

Isn't Suncoast dead now?

This is very true. I download most of the anime I watch, but I sometimes buy ones that I really enjoy.

There's one at the mall near me. They keep all their anime way in the back.

We don't really care here in the anime form, but thanks for noticing.

Actually...while this topic's back up, I'm currently trying to find the original Tenchi Muyo series on DVD. Amazon wants like 200 bucks for the whole set.

Odd. The Suncoast store near [as in 20-30 streets away] me (ghetto-ish mall on the border of the city and near western suburbs; in the hispanic, black and arab neighborhoods) had its' Suncoast shut down.....uh, YEARS ago. Though an FYE opened up in the mall, or it was there all that time and I didn't pay attention, being younger than and not caring [still not so much].

EDIT: looked it up. Guess the store I described closed early-on (2003-2004 or so; I remember seeing the 0079 Gundam tapes and Tenchi Muyo and Outlaw Star and shit WAYYYYY back then. 2003-2004 or so.)

Apparently they really started dieing off in 2006, and FYE bought the surviving remnants in 2009 (suncoast now redirects to FYE)

We don't really care here in the anime form, but thanks for noticing.

You should've been mean to him
I was in a flamewar with 1337. He called me a nigger in another thread [AMONG OTHER THINGS] and we got into shit in other threads :p

EDIT again: Yeah, FYE and other groups are confusing/corporate branches and im too lazy to look through that shit :)

Way to act like a child.

Way to absolve yourself of responsibility

Unsubscribing now so I don't have to read Star Wars Fag's long, drawn out, nonsensical, pseudo-intelligent reply.

Conceding the Debate

On topic: Anime is cool if you're Japanese or a social outcast in other countries.

Fuck the normalfags
