My uncle and his boys straight up bust into peoples houses, tie them up, and rob them for everything they've got. But they're also tweakers, have multiple felony charges and haved robbed heart clinics and pharmacies and gotten away with it. So they don't give a fuck. If you live in a rural place there's sometime woods right near atm's, maybe other things you can use for hiding. But just hide there till someone pulls up ask for their cell phone a 250 dollars. do it like 1 more time that night and you won't get busted there (hence asking for the phone)
