Have any of you gotten one of these things? I got one a while back and they gave me $5 with it to fill it out. Asking me to write down anything I watched on television. i didnt want to just take the money so i did it. But i found out someone else that i know (also kind of anti-government) got one as well.

It left a space to leave your opinion of the media and i didnt bite. I left it blank and I wasnt really honest. I dont really watch anything with blacks in it and I didnt put anything that was, but I left out the local news, and any news, and crime shows.

After I found that out I'm thinking these people are like profilers or something trying to feel out potential threats. Just wondering if other people got them.

I allways put a load of bollocks on them. Same with phone surveys. I make up amazing lies for them.

are you from england though? do you get them there too? from the same company? i didnt want to just lie about what i liked watching. if it really was for ratings obviously i would want to help decent tv shows do good but i wanted to appear ignorant of most things that any profiler would be looking for and ignorant of things happening locally.

That's a bit scary. I know people from your region who weren't asked those questions.
Who asked it again? Cable company? Some random noob?

it seemed like a big coincidence that me and this other guy got one. i mean i know it cant be that common. they cant just go sending $5 to everybody in the country.

it was just like this little book with spaces to write everything you watched that week, and then spaces at the end asking your opinions on things.
