It might. It could work similar to microgrowing. There is actually a real nice thread on microgrowing.

Alright, well let me rephrase.

It will fit in the box and might help for accelerated early life growth. Past that it will be useless. If you were to plant those seeds and have them turn into mini pot plants, then that single seed is producing sub par quantities of bud. Put that same seed in a pot or backyard, amazingly it produces more from the same.

So I supposed if all you can do is be in an apartment but still want to grow weed, this might work. Though the yield will probably be small and poor, there will still be a yield.

In short, still a stupid idea. You'd probably make more money buying an oz and jacking up the price a bit and selling it to retards.
