how often do i have to take my stupid puppy outside?

my mom is gone so i have to watch my brothers mentally retarded dog. he's horribly trained and jumps on everybody and nips on them all the time. i hate taking him out for walks. today i only took him out for one but now he's really energetic. i let him out a couple more times to go to the bathroom though.

also how much should i feed him?

oh and the walk was maybe like half an hour or 40 minutes long.
