This (http://itotd.com/articles/629/the-influence-of-color-on-taste-perception/) article makes some interesting conections between appetite and color (or Palate and Palette, as they put it)
I just thought it would be interesting to do some research on Color relativity in this context.
For those of you unfamiliar with color relativity, the idea is that each person, while we experience the relations of colors the same (that is, all red apples always look red), the exact color that we experience individualy is different. This would mean that the red I see is different fromt eh Red you see, even though we can both identify a red object as being red. I suppose that this could be extended in some fashion to eyesight (bad color combination = bad eyesight?)m and based on the above article, appetite.
So do you think it's possible that our individual perception of color has some effect on which foods we do or do not enjoy? Or does the relativity of color relativity make this impossible?
