Cats eating plants isn't uncommon, but to my knowledge it isn't clear exactly why they do it although some plants appear to get them high or something similar.
Does your cat ever get a chance to go outside, or is it a strictly indoor cat?

Not only can humans not get high unless the THC was once at a certain temperature, but I don't think cats can actually get high off off marijuana.

Without being a cat expert or anything, I'd say it sounds like it isn't lack of fiber that makes your cat eat the plants, but more like she's getting high. Have you noticed any behavioral changes after she's been munching on your plants?

not really. plus i dont think that spider plants (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlorophytum_comosum) can get something high.

^^Then I'm all out of suggestions, try looking in the compendium stickied at the top of the forum front page, chances are that there's a poster in the "Mammals" section you could contact and have them take a look at your problem.

hey Sharp I have a brachypelma smithi that ate a white mouse like this one. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2238/1794685758_dca48b8382.jpg
it was really cool, have you ever seen anything like that before? It was an accident, they were in a divided cage but the mouse squeezed through. I didn't think the spider could kill something so big.

Not in person, usually you wouldn't feed what appears to be an adult mouse to a medium sized spider, but I've seen a clip of a Grammostola rosea taking down a mouse its own size (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7wxug7cG7s), and the spider looks like a sub adult.
I know it sounds pretty far out that spiders, those "simple and ugly creatures" could take down something so much more complex and intelligent as a mammal or bird, but they do anyways - and some of them will most likely be feeding on a fairly vertebrate-rich diet due to their own size and lack of equally big insects.

Buy more cacti, and put them around your house plants, stopping your cat from eating them.
